With Black Friday as its motto, the aim of this conference is to encourage debate on the need for us all to consume more consciously and responsibly. It also aims to: reflect on consumer society and its impact on people's lives and the environment. Raise awareness of the major problem of overconsumption and the enormous waste that results from it. Two sub-themes will be addressed: Food Waste and Fast Fashion. The programme will include the screening of short films related to the themes to be addressed, followed by a talk with guests and a debate with the public.
