Among music, performance, photography, theatre, video, sculpture, image and others, several artists and groups will pass through Famalicão from 9 to 30 November, in the sixth edition of the BINNAR festival, created and produced by the BINNAR platform, of the Estrelas e Pelicanos Cultural Association. The event, which is supported by the City Council of Vila Nova de Famalicão, takes place in several spaces in the county and has free admission.
With an eclectic programme and a range of artists between established and emerging, the festival has aggregated several partnerships and different spaces in the municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão, including museums, galleries, foundations, schools and others.

Exhibition with Aaron Oldenburg, Alexandra Freye, Arash Akbari, Gabriele Rossi, Methas Chatawongs, Milos Peskir, Parumveer Walia, Szabina Péter and Tina Šulc Resnik, collective resulting from the international open call launched by the festival in the areas of photography and video. Personal and interpersonal scripts, explored individually for the composition of a planetary multiperspective converging in the same space.

TRESOR&BOSXH are Tiago Rosendo and C. Ricardino, an electronic music duo from Barcelos active since 2014. They created a soundtrack for the two animated short films "Jonas and the Sea" (2015) by Marlies Van Der Wel and "Solar Walk" by Réka Bucsi (2018), which they perform live in this session.
In addition to the film-concerts, Edgar Wright's "The Spark Brothers" (2021), an odyssey through five strange musical decades with brothers Ron and Russell Mael, the duo behind Sparks, will also be screened. Sparks boast a solid career, pioneers and forerunners in pop-rock and electronica and celebrated musicians such as Beck, Flea, Giorgio Moroder, Todd Rundgren, Patton Oswalt, or Björk.

Joana Gama is a Portuguese pianist who is involved in multiple projects, both solo and in collaborations in the areas of cinema, dance, theatre, photography and music. She holds a PhD by the University of Évora and pursues her researches as a member of CESEM/NOVA FCSH. Apart from her recitals, she has collaborated with several artists and presented works internationally and on disc with several labels. For this concert, he brings us the work of Hans Otte.

'Triplet (triptych for a triptych)' is a performative intervention by several artists from LÍMITES that dialogue with the work 'A Vida', by António Carneiro. Starting from analogy as the main mechanism operating in all artistic languages, the collective intends to transfer to the scenic, visual, poetic and musical arts its reflection and interpretation of this plastic work. Three concepts, three moments, three offerings that the human being gives to time, a relentless watchman that crosses us from part to part, that makes us free and slaves, in the same fight for and against.
